Trio accused of working together on retail thefts

Temple, Tx (FOX44) – Three people from Pflugerville are accused of an organized plan to take merchandise from multiple Temple stores.

The arrests came Saturday when Temple police were called to the 6800 block of West Adams for a theft. Police arrived and observed security camera video showing three people allegedly concealing items. Officers then observed them pass the point of sale without paying.

As police spoke with them, they learned that there might be more stolen items in their vehicle. A search turned up items taken from other stores in the general area.

Arrested were 25-year-old Julio Cesar Lopez Mena, 33-year-old Arletty Rosello Moran, and 36-year-old Lisbet Sotelo Perez.

All three were booked into the Bell County Jail on charges of organized retail theft. All three listed addresses in Pflugerville and all remained in the jail Monday…
