Roger Beasley, longtime Austin auto dealer, dies at 87

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Roger Beasley, a longtime Austin automobile dealer who built his legacy with the Roger Beasley Auto Group and former Texas Longhorns, has died at the age of 87.

Beasley died “peacefully” and surrounded by his family at his Austin home on Friday, Aug. 28, according to an obituary.

“To know Roger Beasley was to know a man of hard work, integrity, generosity, and unwavering devotion to his family, his community, and his beloved University of Texas,” the obituary reads…
