A Central Texas TV reporter has signed off the airwaves after five years of covering the Lone Star State. Former CBS Austin reporter Farrah Walton announced on social media that she left the news station last month.
Walton shared a farewell post on August 18 summing up her early career covering news in Texas. Originally from California, Walton explained that she moved to Texas just one month after graduating from college in 2021 to join KTXS, an ABC Affiliate station in Abilene.
