AUSTIN (KXAN) — Two Step Inn music festival canceled its Saturday concert due to severe weather, according to a social media post.
Concert goers at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown were told to evacuate, and later performances were canceled, the post said. Event organizers say the festival will run as planned Sunday.

This all comes after a Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for Williamson County around 8:15 p.m. The storm dropped rain and up to pea-sized hail throughout the Austin area Saturday. But that was enough for organizers to pull the plug for the safety of patrons.
“We understand your frustration, we’re frustrated ourselves with today’s weather,” organizers said. “Despite everything, we appreciate y’all for sticking with us as we tried to keep today’s performances on track.”
