Four women stole more than $16,000 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty stores in Bexar County and the Austin area as part of an organized theft ring, authorities say.
Roxanne Alicia Isaac, Estrella Angelica Beltran, Virginia Ann Maldonado and Blanca Marie Maldonado were charged with organized retail theft of $2,500 to $30,000, a third-degree felony. All four women have been released on bond.
