AUSTIN (KXAN) – Kyle police are asking for the public’s help to locate a 36‑year‑old man wanted in connection with an alleged crowdfunding fraud scheme.
According to the Kyle Police Department, Brandy Brackeen is accused of falsely claiming that his child died from complications following a car crash. Police said the claim led to the creation of a fraudulent GoFundMe account that solicited donations under false pretenses.
