BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A woman was taken into custody this week in connection with an animal cruelty investigation conducted by the Bexar County Constable’s Office Precinct 2.
According to authorities, deputy constables previously investigated allegations involving cruelty to non-livestock animals and obtained an arrest warrant for Kylie Winkelman.
