BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — There is a heavy Bakersfield Police Department presence on Forrest Street near H Street on Tuesday evening, according to our Eyewitness News crew.
Forrest Street is closed in the area. A bicycle and other items were seen on the road at around 7 p.m.
The cause for the response is unknown at this time.
