BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man accused of a shooting that wounded four people — including a 7-year-old — was arraigned Wednesday in Superior Court.
Tyler Boyer was brought inside the courtroom in a wheelchair and a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf to a charge of firing at a person from a vehicle, plus multiple special allegations that carry punishment of 25 years to life in prison.
Boyer was ordered held without bail; a bail review hearing is scheduled for next week.
