BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who fatally shot a woman in Oildale during a confrontation over a motorcycle was found guilty last week of first-degree murder, attempted murder and other charges.
Luis Villachana faces up to 50 years to life in prison, plus 24 years and four months at next month’s sentencing hearing, according to prosecutors.
