BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office determined the cause and manner of death of a 12-year-old boy who was attacked by a dog and drowned in California City in June.
The boy was identified as Fernando Torres Moreno, of California City. His cause of death was determined to be drowning and the manner was an accident.
