BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Andrew Garcia never thought he would have to see one of his siblings in a hospital bed — or on their death bed.
Garcia is the brother of Isaac Garcia, the man who was shot in the head on June 30.
Andrew Garcia, stationed in San Diego as a sailor in the Navy, was on his way to watch a World Cup game when he got a frantic call from his sister.
