BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A GoFundMe has been created for a woman who was struck and injured in a hit-and-run crash in the east Bakersfield Foodmaxx parking lot on Sept. 11.
According to the GoFundMe, the woman stuck and injured is identified as Silvia Soto and she is a single mother of four who was working at her elote cart.
