BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Cameras outside the east Bakersfield apartment where Yolanda Rojo was found dead recorded audio of her “screaming in pain and agony” and captured the father of her children leaving with blood on one hand and a kitchen knife in the other, according to a court filing.
Victor Farias Jr. was arrested hours later in Tehachapi and has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, child cruelty and violating a domestic violence restraining order.
