BAKERSFIELD, Calif (KGET) — Cal State Bakersfield has fully unveiled the class of 2026 for its athletics Hall of Fame.
The CSUB Athletics Hall of Fame was founded in 2025 to honor the greatest and most impactful athletes, coaches, administrators, teams and more to walk through the halls of CSUB. The class of 2026 was announced throughout the week, and now the full class has been unveiled.
Joe Seay (Wrestling Coach, 1972-1985)
The very first wrestling head coach in CSUB’s history. He led the program for 12 years, turning it into one of the best in the nation for Division II, producing 39 individual national champions during his time at CSUB. He also coached Team USA on the international stage, including at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
