(Towson, MD) — Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger says all four juveniles accused of assaulting an eleven-year-old girl will face prosecution.
The victim was beaten unconscious at a home on Spectator Lane in Owings Mills in May and she was taken to a hospital.
