SUN: All 4 teens still facing charges, prosecution in Owings Mills child assault

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (WBFF) — All four children accused of beating an 11-year-old girl unconscious at an Owings Mills house party will face prosecution after Baltimore County Police objected to efforts by Juvenile Services to adjust two of the cases outside the court process, Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger said Tuesday.
