BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A three-year-old was fatally struck by a teen driving a stolen car Saturday afternoon in southwest Baltimore, according to police.
Just after 1 p.m. on June 20, officers were called to a reported crash involving a pedestrian in the 1800 block of W. Pratt Street, which is located in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood.
