TOWSON, Md. (WBFF) — A suspect has been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting near Towson Circle that killed a 22-year-old college student earlier this month, Baltimore County police announced.
The shooting occurred on June 5 around 3:20 p.m. on York Road before the traffic circle and involved two vehicles traveling northbound.
