BALTIMORE (WKRC) — A Maryland couple’s retirement plans got a major boost after a $20 scratch-off ticket won them a $500,000 top prize.
The Dundalk couple claimed the prize July 15 after purchasing a winning Gifts of Green scratch-off ticket at a Walmart.
