BALTIMORE, Md. — Parts of central and northern Maryland face potential flash flooding Wednesday afternoon as heavy showers and thunderstorms move through the region, according to the National Weather Service.
Federal forecasters maintained a flood watch until 4 p.m. EDT for Anne Arundel, Southeast Harford, and Southern Baltimore counties.
