– A Lottery scratch-off fan and her husband win $30,000 playing the Ms.PAC-MAN scratch-off game at the player’s favorite Lottery retailer. The happy winner was finishing up a hair salon visit about three weeks ago when Ms.PAC-MAN showed up by her side.
