CARNEY, Md. — A pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday morning in an accident near the intersection of Trailwood Road and Northwind Road in Parkville/Carney (21234), according to emergency radio reports and local officials.
Emergency personnel, including multiple police and fire department units, were dispatched to the scene at around 8:45 a.m. following initial reports of the collision. Upon arrival, first responders found one victim who was unconscious and not breathing.
