After seven people were shot in Baltimore on Wednesday, September 16, Keith Daniels from Fox News asked Mayor Brandon Scott if his harsh verbal warnings to criminals were actually making a difference in preventing violence. Responding to Daniels’ question, the mayor appeared visibly annoyed as he slammed the reporter, saying:
