CARROLL COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — A traffic stop in Finksburg led to the arrest of a Baltimore man after deputies said they found suspected fentanyl and cocaine in a ride-share vehicle.
On Wednesday, April 15, at 2:29 p.m., members of the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Pro-Active Community Enforcement (PACE) Team, assisted by the Westminster Police Strategic Enforcement Unit, were conducting traffic enforcement on Baltimore Boulevard when they saw a 2019 Ford Fusion traveling westbound that failed to make a lane change when approaching an active work zone, where several state highway vehicles and state employees were working along the shoulder.
