BALT IMORE, MD—The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for early Sunday morning covering a broad swathe of the mid-Atlantic region, warning that unseasonably cold temperatures could threaten local vegetation.
The advisory is in effect from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. Sunday and includes portions of north-central and northern Maryland, central and northwest Virginia, and the West Virginia panhandle. Specific Maryland counties impacted include Washington, Frederick, Carroll, northern Baltimore, and northwest Harford.
