TOWSON, MD—Two Baltimore County Public Schools seniors have been named recipients of the 2026 Minds in Motion Scholar-Athlete Scholarship, an honor recognizing students who excel both in the classroom and on the playing field.
The Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association announced that Taima Edwards of Dulaney High School and Isaac Klos of Eastern Technical High School were selected as the winners from the Baltimore County district.
The scholarship program, which launched in 2008, awards a $1,000 scholarship to one male and one female student-athlete from each of the nine MPSSAA districts.
