BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man wanted in connection with an attempted arson at a home in which two people were inside was arrested Monday.
Jairo Nahum Sanchez Molina, 36, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on one count of attempted aggravated arson.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department reported the incident occurred on Avenue D on Jan. 9 after a domestic dispute. According to an affidavit, a hand-held torch was wrestled away from Molina before gasoline could be ignited…
