CENTRAL, La. (WAFB) – A lawsuit has been filed against the family of a 13-year-old boy accused of vandalizing a Central woman’s home with obscenities and racial slurs.
The boy was charged with criminal damage to property by defacing it with graffiti, criminal trespass, and hate crimes.

According to the lawsuit filed June 4 in the 19th Judicial District Court, the incidents date back to December 2025.
