BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Hundreds of girls gathered at Southern University on Saturday for a free leadership conference focused on confidence, mentorship and personal growth.
The annual conference, hosted by the Outstanding Mature Girlz (OMG) Organization, returned with the theme “Main Character Energy,” encouraging girls to embrace their leadership potential and recognize their value.
