Former deputy arrested, accused of stabbing boyfriend

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A former deputy is facing charges after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend during a domestic altercation early Monday morning, June 8.

According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office (EBRSO), deputies arrested Faith Placide, 27, and booked her into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on one count of domestic abuse battery with child endangerment, aggravated battery, and aggravated second-degree battery.

The incident she is accused of happened around 1:30 a.m. at an apartment complex on Picardy Avenue.

Arrest records state a man was found in the parking lot with a stab wound to the upper left arm area. Emergency officials took him to the hospital for treatment of his injury…
