BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A teen apprehended in Mississippi was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges related to a deadly Baton Rouge shooting.
Markell Rogers, 17, was booked into the parish prison on June 5 on charges of first-degree murder, armed robbery and illegal use of weapons.
