New York City is the city that never sleeps. This year, it became the city where Baton Rouge native Amelia Alemán crafts one-of-a-kind pastries at Le Café Louis Vuitton on the fourth floor of the flagship Louis Vuitton store.
The cafe offers a menu with French flair that includes dishes like monogram ravioli, whole lobster and truffle eggs, but Alemán, 29, focuses on the dessert portion of the menu — perfecting the signature Louis Vuitton monogram pattern on cakes, cookies and sundaes.
