HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden have welcomed their newest member to their animal family.
Reba is a young female jaguar born in October 2024 at the Baton Rouge Zoo. She was moved to Mesker Park Zoo in collaboration with the AZA Jaguar SSP to help connect guests with this species.
Officials say she is exploring the tiger habitat in our Asia region, and once she gets familiar with her surroundings, she’ll make her debut in the jaguar habitat in Amazonia.
