BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Community members are invited to the third annual (Neighbor) Hood Fest at the East Baton Rouge Parish Main Library this weekend.
The festival will run from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 18, with a pre-party planned for 7 p.m. to midnight, Thursday, July 16, at Henry Turner Jr.’s Listening Room.
