Legal custodian and mother from Baton Rouge charged after child found with bruises

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A mother and legal custodian were arrested after a child was found with bruising on his body.

James Vessel, 47, and Robin Wells, 42, both of Baton Rouge, were each charged with cruelty to juveniles.
