BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office arrested four people in connection with a drug trafficking organization.
According to the sheriff’s office, EBRSO agents were investigating a drug operation allegedly run by Ronny Howard Jr., 40, and Ronrico Terrell, 50. During the investigation, agents made multiple controlled purchases of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Agents searched seven locations in Baton Rouge and found the following:
- 458 units of MDMA (ecstasy)
- 362.5 grams of unknown powder (suspected fentanyl)
- 273 units of Oxycodone
- 140 grams of crack cocaine
- 135.3 grams of fentanyl (1350 lethal doses)
- 89 units of Alprazolam
- 76.9 grams of cocaine
- 72 units of Hydrocodone
- 60 lethal units of fentanyl pills
- 24 sheets of paper coated in ADB-PINACA (cannabinoid)
- 12 units of Lorazepam
- 5 units of amphetamine pills
- 2 units of codeine
- digital scales with cocaine residue
- blenders with fentanyl residue

- eight handguns
- two shotguns
- one rifle
After the searches, the sheriff’s office arrested these men on drug and gun charges:
- Ronny Howard, 40
- Ronrico Terrell, 50
- Norman Sims, 29
- James Tullier, 62
During the investigation, agents issued arrest warrants for the following:
- Bruce Howard, 70
- Courtney Forman, 42
- Techelle Stewart, 37
- Joseph Clark, 41
