BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man from Gonzales and another from Baton Rouge were found guilty of scheming to defraud insurance companies.
Calvin Kemp, 60, of Gonzales, and Chevez Tywan Robillard, 33, of Baton Rouge, were convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and multiple counts of aggravated identity theft, according to the United States Department of Justice.
