Man charged with 4th DWI after vehicle crashes in Baton Rouge

BAKER, La. (Louisiana First) — A man was arrested after his vehicle crashed into a guardrail on Wednesday, July 15.

Clifton Jeanpierre, 36, of Baton Rouge was charged with operating while impaired; fourth offense, reckless operation of a vehicle, possession of marijuana, and simple criminal damage to property.

An officer with the Baton Rouge Police Department was called around 9:39 p.m. to 542 N. Interstate 110 Highway for a crash.

Jeanpierre resisted having his arms secured by police, according to BRPD…
