LIVINGSTON—A former St. Gabriel police officer has been sentenced to serve 35 years in prison on manslaughter charges.
21st Judicial District Attorney Scott Perrilloux reports that on July 15, 2026, Andre Redditt, 30, of St. Gabriel, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the March 2023 killing of Dylan Martin.
According to published reports, Martin was a guest in the Denham Springs home of Redditt’s estranged spouse. Just after midnight on March 2, 2023, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the home in reference to a triggered security system.
