Toddlers zoomed by on scooter boards, gliding between tots running around in grippy socks. Their moms kept a watchful eye from the center of the room, in between conversations with other parents and sips of coffee.
It was a summer weekday morning and Chee Chee’s Playroom in St. George was buzzing. There aren’t many places like it, where parents can relax while their children play, said owner Kristine Valencia.
