One Nuclear plans gas-fired data center near Musk’s Starbase Louisiana

Energy developer ONE Nuclear announced Monday it has signed an agreement with a group of Louisiana landowners that secures a site for a 2.88-gigawatt natural gas-fired power plant, battery storage system, and data center campus located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

Florida-based ONE Nuclear intends to build Project Cayman near the RiverPlex MegaPark on a site about 90 miles northeast of SpaceX’s recently announced Starbase project, One Nuclear said in a statement.
