A Baton Rouge builder has purchased dozens of sites for homes in the southwest corner of Lafayette Parish near Maurice.
Level Homes acquired 67 lots earlier this month to build the first phase of Gray’s Landing just off Johnston Street and south of Willie May Lane, records show. The company bought the lots from a group led by Lafayette builder Bailey Shivers.
