BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A man was arrested after the Baton Rouge Police Department made a traffic stop and found an alleged modified weapon on Tuesday, police said. According to the police department, officers stopped a vehicle violating traffic rules. The driver was identified as Nolan Daniels. During the stop, officers learned Daniels had two weapons.
