DA: Prairieville man sentenced to 25 years after guilty plea

A Prairieville man received a 25-year sentence for possession with intent to distribute illegal drugs, the district attorney announced.

Franklin Darville III, 35, pled guilty Jan. 7 to possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance, per a news release from District Attorney Ricky Babin.
