BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office rescued two people in kayaks in Central on Thursday afternoon.
According to the sheriff’s office, around 5 p.m., deputies were called to the 3500 block of Central Thruway.
