SEATTLE — Newly released surveillance video is at the center of the case against a man accused of fatally shooting 21-year-old Quusaa Margarsa inside Seattle’s Growler Guys beer garden.
Prosecutors allege 20-year-old Lucas Logan shot Margarsa in the back of the head after an argument inside the closed business.
