Human Remains Found In Moses Lake Still Unidentified More Than Two Decades After Discovery

GRANT COUNTY — More than 24 years after partial skeletal remains were found along near Moses Lake’s northern shore, the woman known only as Grant County Jane Doe remains unidentified. See location HERE.

The remains were discovered April 6, 2002, in a rural area of Grant County. Authorities have not been able to determine when she died or her cause of death, according to information shared by Washington Missing Persons, Cold Cases and Unidentified.

Investigators estimate the woman was white and between 18 and 79 years old. She was believed to have stood between 4 feet 11 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall…
