ISSAQUAH, Wash. — State Route 18 east of Issaquah has fully reopened after the entire roadway was blocked Tuesday morning for a crash, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
The collision was reported shortly before 8 a.m. near milepost 28.
