A 16-time convicted felon was arrested again after the Tukwila Police Department conducted an undercover operation against the suspect.
Last weekend, the department was notified that several people had their tools and equipment stolen.
“The victims were devastated, as the stolen tools had effectively crippled their ability to earn a living and support their families,” the Tukwila Police Department stated. “The initial thefts occurred in several different jurisdictions in the region.”…
